Die Halskette mit dem Anhänger „Shlama“ trägt die Worte, die Christus in seiner eigenen Sprache sprach. „Shlama“ bedeutet auf Aramäisch Frieden, ein Frieden, der nicht nur die Abwesenheit von Konflikten, sondern die Gegenwart von Ganzheit ist. Dieser Anhänger wurde in Galiläa aus einem einzigen Stück Olivenholz handgeschnitzt. Seine Maserung erzählt die Geschichte des Landes und seiner Gebete über Jahrhunderte hinweg. „Selig sind die Frieden stiften, denn sie werden Kinder Gottes genannt werden.“ (Matthäus 5,9). Diese Halskette hält diesen Segen nah und erinnert uns daran, dass Frieden kein Ziel, sondern eine Seinsweise ist. Das Holz wurde mit Sorgfalt geformt, seine glatte Oberfläche lädt zum Berühren ein, seine Verarbeitung zeugt von der Qualität echter Handwerkskunst.
