Thank you for shopping with Nazareth Fair Trade. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, email us at info@nazfat.com with your order number and reason for return, or log in to your customer account and request a return from your order page. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. If this deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund your original payment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow several business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
