I had a few questions and the promptly responded. They were very helpful and have great customer service. The packaging was sturdy and they arrived undamaged. The cord that the cross was attached to was not very good. So I just switched it out with a beaded necklace from another shop. It is an absolutely lovely cross. It is well made and goes with my bohemian style. So I can show people that I’m a proud Christian. I ordered four of these for gifts. I put it all together and loved it so much that I ordered two more as gifts. I highly recommend this necklace and company.
