Thank you for shopping with Nazareth Fair Trade. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, email us at info@nazfat.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
